Bertil Vallien 'Centilop' Glass Vase for Kosta Boda

Designed by Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda, crafted in Sweden circa 1991.  This handmade vase is part of the 'Centilop' series.  The main body of the vase is made up of multi-coloured glass that is encased in clear glass with two bands of clear glass to the side, adding and subtle detail.  Its simple silhouette and modern design responds to changing light, casting beautiful coloured shadows.  Whether used as a standalone sculpture or paired with bold coloured flowers, this vase is sure to make a stunning centerpiece in any room.
