While we encourage enquiries from all over the World, URIKA is a UK based business and we currently only offer shipping within UK & Europe.  All shipments include insurance, tracking and signed for service by Royal Mail.  

 

The price displayed includes shipping to all our customers in the UK and Europe, buyers outside the UK, please be aware that you may also have to pay custom charges, duties and fees for which we are not liable.

 

Packaging:  Where we can, the packaging materials we use will be reused and/or recycled.  We ask all our customers to consider reusing and/or recycling all packaging material where possible.

 

Returns:  We make every effort to fully describe all our products, all of which are pre-owned and which accordingly may display signs of use, wear and tear.  You should take a close look at the photographs displayed on our listings pages which form part of the description of our products.  We can provide additional photographs on request.  You may however return items to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund subject to your covering the return postage costs and the item being in the same condition as when sold to you.

Cancellations:  For all our customers in the UK and the rest of Europe you have a right to cancel any order within the period of 14 days after we have delivered your item to the address specified by you.  If you do exercise your right to cancel you must notify us of this within this 14 day period and return the goods to us within 14 days of your notification.  You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the goods.  

 

Reservations:  We may reserve an item for you as a special request.  If you pay us a deposit in respect of the item we will hold it for you for 5 days during which period we will not sell that item to another customer.  At the end of the 5 days period if you have not paid the balance due for the relevant item we reserve the right to return your deposit and the item will be available for any other customer to purchase.  Unless a deposit is paid, we cannot guarantee that any reserved item will not be sold to another customer; conversely where an item is displayed as being reserved, and you buy that item (but did not reserve it) we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and refund your monies within 7 days of receipt of your payment.
